1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this nak99 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

2 Player Eligibility

To register and use nak99 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.

Password Security

nak99 will not contact players to request passwords through any channel. Be cautious of phishing attempts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nak99 platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for each payment method.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).
• Deposits may only be made via a payment method registered in the player's own name.
• nak99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 5 and 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to nak99's anti-money laundering policy.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

nak99 offers various promotions to players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each promotion.

Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

VIP and Cashback Programme

The nak99 loyalty programme consists of three tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

A player's progression to a higher tier depends on overall activity on the platform. nak99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the nak99 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and table games — have their own rules which can be viewed within the respective game interface.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. nak99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the game rules.

All games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair game outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical error.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the bet in question will be returned to the player's account based on the policy set by the relevant game provider.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Closure

nak99 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for the following reasons:

• Request from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Request from the player themselves to close the account for responsible gambling reasons.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Valid funds that are not subject to any outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the player.

9 Limitation of Liability

nak99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
